About Becky
Becky brings a warm, conversational, and grounded presence to her work, with over 11 years of experience in the social work field. She is especially passionate about supporting women through different stages of life — including identity shifts, relationship changes, and major transitions — as well as helping mothers navigate the emotional and practical complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.
She works with adults and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions, with a strong focus on helping clients feel more confident, supported, and connected to themselves.
Becky believes therapy should feel approachable and human. She creates a space where clients can explore what they’re carrying, understand the patterns underneath their experiences, and begin building a stronger sense of self in a way that feels manageable and real.

Approach
Becky approaches therapy with curiosity, empathy, and flexibility, tailoring her work to each client’s evolving needs.
She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Based approaches, and DBT skills to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and behaviors. Her focus is on helping clients identify underlying patterns and assumptions shaped by experience, and gently working toward more supportive and empowering ways of thinking and relating.
Becky believes that meaningful change comes from a combination of insight, emotional safety, and skill-building — supported within a strong therapeutic relationship.
What to Expect
Your first session with Becky is centered on getting to know one another and beginning to understand what brings you to therapy. Together, you’ll explore where you are starting from and what you hope to work toward, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
She prioritizes building trust and connection early on, knowing that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful progress. Sessions are collaborative and guided by your readiness, with space to move gradually and intentionally through the work.
A Bit Outside the Office
Outside of her work, Becky enjoys tending to her chickens, spending time with her children, and working in her garden beds. These routines help her stay grounded and connected to the slower, more present parts of life.
A Note from Becky
Feeling nervous about starting therapy is completely normal and often a sign that you’re taking this step seriously.
Becky believes that finding the right therapist fit can take time, but when it clicks, it can open the door to meaningful change, help you overcome barriers you may not even realize were there, and support you in reaching your goals in a lasting way.
