Payment Details

To make your visit smoother and reduce administrative steps, we require a secure card on file.

Here’s how it works:

At check-in:

  • Your preferred payment method is securely stored (including HSA/FSA cards)

After your insurance processes your claim:

  • You’ll receive an email outlining any remaining balance

  • The balance will be automatically charged to your card on file

  • A receipt will be emailed to you for your records

Your information is securely processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner and is never stored on our internal systems.

We offer multiple convenient payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express

  • Personal checks

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Fees and Policies

  • Applies to all patients:

    • Missed Appointment: $50

    • Missed Physical: $100

    • Late Cancellation: $50

    • Missed Procedure: $200

  • If your insurance is out-of-network, the following applies:

    • New Patients: Full charge or minimum $200 deposit

    • Established Patients: Full charge or minimum $150 deposit

    • New Patients: Full charge or minimum $200 deposit

    • Established Patients: Full charge or minimum $150 deposit

    • Procedures: Full charge or minimum $200 deposit
