Brock’s approach is multi-disciplinary, integrative, and grounded in the belief that mental health is deeply connected to overall life functioning and stability. He blends evidence-based modalities such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing with a practical, real-world lens that prioritizes clarity and forward movement.
He works from a trauma-informed perspective, ensuring clients feel safe, respected, and supported as they explore difficult experiences and patterns. His style is collaborative and structured, often helping clients identify actionable insights within their own stories and translate them into meaningful change.
Brock also values a “team-based” model of care, where appropriate collaboration with medical providers, nutrition professionals, and other supports can enhance overall treatment outcomes.

Clients working with Brock can expect a grounded, supportive, and direct therapeutic environment. Early sessions focus on understanding your current challenges, identifying goals, and creating a clear sense of direction for the work ahead.
He meets clients where they are, without judgment or pressure, and helps break down complex issues into manageable steps. While sessions are structured and goal-oriented, there is also space for humor, honesty, and human connection throughout the process.
A Bit Outside the Office
Outside of his clinical work, Brock stays active by coaching his sons’ athletic teams and spending meaningful time with his family. He values connection, whether through date nights with his wife, time with close friends, or discovering new music, live performances, and comedy.
He also enjoys travel and adventure, both locally and abroad, and prioritizes staying engaged in experiences that bring energy, perspective, and balance outside of work.
A Note from Brock
“It is a brave task to confront the matters in one's life that block potential. Sometimes the unknown is so intimidating that we exert time and effort settling for less, but growth is a journey.
True progress is measured by incremental rebounds after setbacks and mistakes. While step-backs will occur, I encourage you to embrace the challenges and maintain a strong mindset.”
