About Cori
Cori brings a grounded, creative, and deeply human approach to therapy, supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and challenges related to identity and self-worth. She primarily works with adults, including women and postpartum individuals, who are looking to better understand themselves and heal from experiences that still feel present in their lives.
Her work is especially focused on helping clients process unresolved trauma and reconnect with themselves in a more compassionate and embodied way. Cori believes that healing is not just about understanding what happened; it’s about gently working with what is still held in the body, emotions, and nervous system.
She creates a space that is warm, real, and collaborative, where clients can slow down, feel supported, and begin exploring what healing looks like for them.

Approach
Cori’s approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, both within the therapeutic relationship and within oneself.
She integrates bottom-up, experiential modalities including EMDR therapy, art therapy, parts-work, and mindfulness-based practices. Her work often includes somatic and body-based interventions to help clients safely process stored emotions and reconnect with internal safety and regulation.
Cori supports clients in understanding patterns at a deeper level — identifying what is underneath them and gently creating space for change. This may involve strengthening self-trust, building healthier coping strategies, processing past experiences, or learning to respond to oneself with more compassion and curiosity.
She balances depth with grounding, ensuring clients feel supported while engaging in meaningful emotional work.
What to Expect
Sessions with Cori are collaborative, steady, and paced with care. Together, you’ll explore what’s happening in your life while also paying attention to how it shows up internally — emotionally, physically, and relationally.
She often incorporates body awareness practices, breathing techniques, and experiential exercises alongside conversation. Depending on your needs, sessions may also include parts-work or creative expression to help access and process experiences in a more integrated way.
The goal is to help you feel safer within yourself while building tools that support lasting emotional and nervous system regulation.
A Bit Outside the Office
Outside of her work, Cori finds grounding through boxing, hiking, and cooking, each offering a different way to reset, reflect, or create. She values movement, creativity, fresh air, and meaningful connection, along with plenty of humor and moments of lightness in everyday life.
A Note from Cori
If you’re feeling nervous about starting therapy, that’s completely normal and often expected.
The first session is simply a conversation: getting to know each other, understanding what brings you in, and seeing whether this feels like a supportive fit. You don’t need to show up any certain way; you can be anxious, unsure, quiet, talkative, emotional, or anything in between.
You get to show up as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
