A 4-Week Journey Through Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin
Spend four Monday evenings at Enliven Health & Wellness exploring three distinct styles of yoga and noticing how each one feels in your body, mind, and spirit.
Hatha means “force” or “willful path” in Sanskrit and is often described as the union of sun and moon. Through steady postures and intentional breathwork, we’ll explore balance, strength, and awareness.
Vinyasa means “to place in a special way.” This flowing style connects movement with breath, allowing each posture to unfold with rhythm and intention.
Yin is a slow, quiet practice made up of passive poses held close to the ground for several minutes. These longer holds gently work with the body’s deeper connective tissues while creating space for flexibility, stillness, and calm.
Throughout the series, we’ll experience each style individually and explore how they can be thoughtfully combined. Each gathering will also include breathwork and different forms of meditation, offering new ways to pause, listen, and connect with yourself. This series is open to anyone who wants to deepen their practice, try something new, or discover which styles feel most supportive.
Classes are held at Enliven Health and Wellness - 929 Harrison Avenue, #205, Columbus, Ohio 43201
Investment: $120 for the entire series
