Approach

Gregory primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to develop practical strategies for change. His work is structured and goal-oriented, with a focus on helping clients identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck and building skills to support healthier day-to-day functioning.

He also integrates a strong assessment-informed approach, including ADHD testing where appropriate, to support clarity in diagnosis and treatment direction.

What to Expect

Clients can expect a collaborative and structured first session focused on understanding current concerns, relevant history, and what they hope to achieve through therapy. Early sessions emphasize clarity, goal-setting, and establishing a shared direction for treatment.

Therapy is designed to be practical and supportive, with an emphasis on building tools that can be applied outside of sessions.
