About Jenn
Jenn Beck is a Marriage & Family Therapist who helps individuals and couples build healthier, more authentic relationships with themselves and others.
Their work is rooted in the belief that our relationships shape how we experience ourselves, our communities, and the world around us. Many of the people Jenn works with are navigating relational trauma, identity exploration, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ experiences, or relationship challenges. They are especially passionate about supporting people who have struggled to feel like they belong and who long for deeper, more meaningful human connection.
Jenn proudly provides affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those in ethically non-monogamous, polyamorous, and other nontraditional relationship structures. They also welcome clients interested in psychedelic integration and individuals in recovery from substance use. Their practice is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that every part of you deserves to be welcomed without judgment.

Approach
Jenn approaches therapy as a fellow human first and therapist second. Rather than focusing on diagnosis or pathology, they believe our experiences, relationships, and environments shape how we move through the world. Their work is grounded in Transpersonal Psychology, Attachment Theory, Somatic Experiencing, and an understanding of how systemic trauma influences mental health.
Whether working with individuals or couples, Jenn believes healing begins by strengthening the relationship we have with ourselves. Together, you'll explore old patterns with curiosity rather than criticism, creating space to reduce shame, deepen self-acceptance, and build more fulfilling relationships.
Their therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming. Jenn believes meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be fully seen and supported while exploring new ways of relating to themselves and others.
What to Expect
Jenn views the beginning of therapy as an opportunity to truly get to know you. Early sessions are focused on understanding your story, your relationships, and what has shaped your experiences without rushing toward solutions or following a predetermined timeline.
As therapy progresses, Jenn helps clients slow down when old survival patterns arise, using somatic interventions and gentle curiosity to create space for lasting change. Their goal is to help you recognize what no longer serves you, strengthen your connection with yourself, and move forward in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
Clients often describe Jenn's approach as compassionate, accepting, and refreshingly free of judgment.
A Bit Outside the Office
Outside of therapy, Jenn finds joy in movement, creativity, and connection. Dancing is their greatest source of energy and self-expression, and they've maintained a long-term yoga practice for many years. They also love spending time outdoors, being with friends and loved ones, and enjoying the company of animals.
A Note from Jenn
"It's completely normal to feel nervous about starting therapy. The unknown can feel scary, and your nervousness is welcome here. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, and my goal is to help you feel as comfortable, supported, and accepted as possible. All parts of you are welcome in this space."
