About Kaouther
Kaouther Aliche brings a deeply attuned, grounded, and culturally responsive approach to therapy, supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity struggles, and complex family dynamics.
She is especially passionate about working with cycle breakers, including mothers, eldest daughters, and women of color, who are carrying the weight of generational patterns and are ready for deeper, embodied change. Many of her clients come to therapy already highly self-aware, but feeling stuck in the gap between understanding their patterns and actually shifting them.
Kaouther’s work is focused on helping clients move beyond insight alone and into meaningful, lasting transformation. She supports clients in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and lived experiences in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

Approach
Kaouther’s approach is somatic, experiential, and deeply relational, integrating Brainspotting with body-based and trauma-informed modalities to support healing at the nervous system level.
She believes therapy is most effective when it moves beyond intellectual understanding and into embodied experience. Her work focuses on helping clients access and process emotions stored in the body, rather than staying solely in narrative or cognitive processing.
Kaouther blends Brainspotting with somatic awareness, cultural attunement, and a strong emphasis on safety and trust. She honors each client’s lived experience, identity, and cultural background as central to the healing process.
Her style is direct yet laid-back, highly attuned, and often infused with humor and authenticity. She sees herself as a guide — not someone to fix or rescue, but someone to help clients access their own internal capacity for healing.
What to Expect
Starting therapy with Kaouther typically begins with a phone consultation to explore fit, ask questions, and get a sense of connection. If it feels aligned, the process continues with a virtual intake session focused on your history, goals, and what brings you in.
Early sessions are about building trust, safety, and comfort at your pace. You are always in control of how quickly things move, and the space is designed to support you in feeling grounded and understood as you begin the work.
A Bit Outside the Office
Outside of her work, Kaouther finds grounding in time outdoors with her family, dancing, beach trips, naps, and occasional challenges like jiu jitsu. She values movement, connection, humor, and presence in everyday life.
A Note from Kaouther
Feeling nervous about starting therapy is not only normal, it’s a sign of courage.
Kaouther believes that many of the women she works with have spent years putting others first, and beginning therapy is often the first step toward reclaiming themselves. She offers a laid-back, nonjudgmental space where clients can show up exactly as they are — no pressure to be perfect, no need to have it all figured out.
