About Laurie

Laurie Coleman is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with more than 24 years of experience helping individuals improve their overall health through personalized nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes.

She believes food is one of our most powerful tools for supporting long-term health, preventing disease, and improving quality of life. Laurie works with adults across every stage of life, including postpartum individuals, women navigating perimenopause and menopause, and older adults who want to age well and maintain their vitality.

Her areas of expertise include disease prevention, longevity, digestive health, food sensitivities, heart health, weight management, and helping clients build healthier relationships with food. Laurie is passionate about empowering people to use nutrition not simply to manage symptoms, but to elevate their daily lives and overall well-being.

Outside of work, Laurie enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and cooking healthy meals. She believes caring for ourselves happens through everyday choices, and she enjoys living the same balanced, wellness-focused lifestyle she encourages in her clients.
