Luke Hampel is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with adults seeking a more grounded, connected, and sustainable way of living. He specializes in supporting high-functioning individuals who are managing outward success while privately experiencing burnout, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or a sense of disconnection from themselves.

Many of Luke’s clients describe themselves as “doing fine on paper,” yet feeling overwhelmed internally, stuck in patterns of overthinking, overgiving, or constantly pushing through stress without space to slow down.

Luke provides a calm, steady therapeutic space where clients can begin to understand these patterns, reconnect with themselves, and build a more balanced and sustainable emotional life.

Outside of his work, Luke enjoys hiking, learning, audiobooks, and spending time with family. He values simplicity, reflection, and time outdoors as ways to stay grounded.
